Phuc Minh Buddhist Sculpture Atelier has 75 years of experience in the industry of carving wooden Buddha statues and five years exporting the artwork to Taiwanese market.
Phuc Minh Sculpture is located in the Complex of Handicraft Production Village between Hanoil and Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam.
Experience in working with Chinese customers for many years is an advantage for the artisans in the villages in thoroughly understanding the styles and tastes of the markets of China and Taiwan. As the village was little affected by wars for many years, the artisans in this area now have opportunities to develop their skills in wooden carving, exploring intensively the statue styles/trends and particularly, have abundant carving talent.
Phuc Minh Sculpture is conveniently located in the main road of the craft village. The location is easily accessible for container trucks to transport goods to ports, airports or border areas.
Phuc Minh Sculpture is one of a few workshops in Vietnam specializing in the production of sophisticated wooden Buddha statues. The workshop owns five manufacturing rooms. There are six steps in the process of making Buddha statues – Bodhisattva including: modelling including lotus flower base, detailing, carving facial details and other details, i.e. feet, hands, necklaces, hair, hat, etc., finishing the statue surface and painting statue. Quality controls are strictly monitored during these steps.
Phuc Minh Sculpture offers production artwork and frequently exports its Buddha statues – Bodhisattva from 40cm to 9 meters in height.
Phuc Minh Sculpture has customers in different countries including USA, Canada, German, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore.
